• January 11, 2010 - Fax Number
  Our fax number is 800-672-3009; our contact information has been updated to reflect this.
  
  
• September 18, 2009 - Resume Update
  Tom's resume has been updated.
  
  
• April 23, 2009 - Staff Update
  We have a new appraiser, Leonard Lavin. Ron is no longer with the company.
  
  
• April 16, 2009 - Fee and Photo Updates
  Our fee list has been updated, as have Joe's photo and resume.
  
  
• March 12, 2009 - Updates
  Paul's photo has been updated, and the Company Profile page has been removed (since all the same information can be found on the home page).
  
  
• Feburary 4, 2009 - Staff Update
  Melissa Dickson has left the company.
  
  
• August 26, 2008 - Photo Update
  We've posted new photos for Melissa, Joe and Tom.
  
  
• August 21, 2008
  Our links page has been updated.
  
  
• July 28, 2008 - License & Resume Update
  Melissa's license and resume have been updated.
  
  
• July 1, 2008 - License & Resume Update
  Ron's and Joe's licenses, and Lisa's, Tom's and Ron's resumes, have been updated.
  
  
• June 25, 2008 - Resume Update
  Paul's and Joe's resumes have been updated.
  
  
• June 19, 2008 - License Update
  Lisa's license has been updated. Further license and resume updates are on the way.
  
  
• May 30, 2008 - Site Redesign
  Changes have been made to the site layout. Most of these changes are cosmetic so, for the most part, the site functions the same as before. However, the menu options have all been moved to the menu on the left.
  
  In addition, the licenses for Paul and Tom have been updated, and Sheila's staff page has been removed (since she is no longer with the company).

  The licenses and resumes for Ron and Joe have been updated.
  
  
• October 2, 2007 - Order Form Changes
  Our order form has been simplified. Additionally, a technical issue regarding the order form has been fixed; if you previously submitted an order but we did not receive it, you may want to try submitting it again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  
  
• August 29, 2007 - Fee List Update
  The FHA fees on our fee list have been updated.
  
  
• August 8, 2007- New Web Site Goes Live!
